When enabling SMS sending I notice that if the customer adds their phone number with a zero, for example: 06 XX XX XX XX they will not receive the SMS. Furthermore, enabling a customizable SMS reminder adds the phone number field at the very bottom of the personalized questions. So, wouldn't it be more practical to add to the programming that the SMS can be processed with or without a zero? Or to be able to add the information to the customer, so they don't have to enter a zero. Also, it would be nice to be able to place the phone number (for SMS reminders) wherever you want in the personalized questions, since this is mandatory information.
