Feature Requests

Would be great to have different booking links check different calendars for conflicts... for example, I have a "deep work block" calendar... my low priority link should check that for conflicts, but my high priority link should schedule over that.

Hi! It would be great if there is an option to require approval before a booking is actually made and confirmed. We have a use case in which, for example, the user is requesting for a meeting that needs further checking or document gathering first, therefore we need to be able to reject/approve/suggest changes for the booking.

It's great how Zcal allows my customers to easily reschedule their own meetings simply by following the link on their calendar event. It'd be even better to add a feature where Rescheduling can't, for example, occur on a last minute notice (such less than X hours before the meeting).

I accidentally scheduled a meeting time for a poll when I did not intend to. I thought I was adding emails that would be sent the poll. Please allow an undo feature so a poll is not accidentally closed. And allow someone to add contacts to send the poll to.

Your customisation options are great, but still, I can't get a good result with my brand colours. It would be amazing if you allowed custom CSS. Sure, this is an option for advanced users, but I think a warning popping up when turning it on and a quick way to turn it off will do the trick. You might be worried about support tickets, but you can always say that you are not supporting the users’ input there and have a stock reply that they can easily flip the switch off if they don't know what they are doing :)

Hi, if you can add a feature that would prevent my clients from cancelling/rescheduling within x hours of our appointment, that would be helpful.

Sending the client a reconfirmation request 24 hours before the event to reduce the number of no-shows. This feature is available in Calendly and currently is the only reason I cannot find an equal alternative. Ideally the meeting that had not been reconfirmed, would be cancelled 1 hour before it starts automatically.

Currently, if a event is rescheduled, it sends an email notification saying the event has been cancelled. This is very confusing, I would like to see a email saying that it was rescheduled not cancelled along with the original scheduled date/time, and the date/time it was rescheduled to.

The system messages are shown in font color that is completely illegible. I cannot find a way to change this, although I remember seeing that green somewhere and thought I did change it.
